Paul Hutcheson
Paul Hutcheson currently resides in Toronto ON, where he is a secondary school teacher.
His passion for public performance was established as early as Grade 4, and has been the theme ever since.
A Graduate in Drama and Education at the University of Windsor, Paul followed this with two years of study at ‘Second City’ (Toronto) where he graduated from the Conservatory Program.
As well as performing his one man show “The First Time”, which he will tour right across Canada this summer, Paul regularly performs to a classroom of adolescents, and at comedy evenings in Toronto.
Company Background
WOG Productions was born in the summer of 1978. On a first time swim, Paul emerged from the pool to laughter from family onlookers, allegedly having the swim technique of a frog…
The nickname Frog, 27 years later, has now developed into Wog… and continues to slip out at family gatherings.
The company’s first official production, entitled “The First Time”, was launched in the summer of 2003, and performed at the Winnipeg and London Fringe Festivals of that year.
WOG Productions hopes to expand and build on work to date, and plans the creation of comedy evenings, the establishment of future collaborations, and a new one man production.
